As you might be aware, Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich is building a new yacht - the 557 foot 'Eclipse'. Aside from the normal features of helicopter pads, missile proof windows, and mini submarines - there's a new one: anti-photo technology. When a photographer is spotted, a laser will shine into the CCD device, rendering it useless. Those speedo pictures will never show up on page-six.
