The story goes, an underwater hotel is being built near Istanbul - in a secret location. The secret location is near a shore, on top the ruins of a circa 1930's tobacco factory. Starting in March 2008, reservations are being taken for a planned September opening. So far, all we have are rumors and a fairly glitzy website.
