'Augmented Reality' computing seems like it's still years away (think Tom Cruise in the movie 'Minority Report' and you'll be in the neighborhood). At a recent conference there was a presentation about a group that's managed to make a good start. The amazing part: they did it using store bought materials costing about 350 USD.
