NASA is announcing a project called 'Puffin' - a tiny, personal VTOL (vertical take off and landing) vehicle ... like a little Osprey V22, but personal size. Unlike an Osprey, it will only hold one person, and tilt in flight - rather than have the blades switch orientation. A quick view of the animation will explain it all.
