Researchers at the University of Texas at Austin have built a one way acoustic device. The 'One Way Acoustic Circulator' allows the listener to hear clearly, but block all noise returning in the other direction. The device uses a series of waveguides, fans, isolators and witchcraft. Just kidding about the witchcraft.
