For years, movie plot lines have often included having to find a hidden nuclear device. Now, Sandia Labs has developed a 'Mobile Imager of Neutrons for Emergency Responders' or 'MINER' for short. The device is a backscatter neutron camera that can help quickly locate sources of radiation.
