UnWired...

Finding a good pair of headphones is always tricky. Finding a wireless pair is even harder - something that has great sound quality, and doesn't leave you looking like a cyborg. Sennheiser is now making a wireless headphone set that does a great job. The MX W1 wireless headphones work with a small base station that attaches to multiple devices - so you can use your headset from device to device. Cost: about 600 USD.

Pumping Up!!

In the market for some high energy music to help you with your workouts? Take a listen to the 'Nike + Original Run
' series. These 45 minute workout sessions follow a wamup, build up, and cool down cycle. They are also built to work with the 'drive system' that links a sensor concealed in the soles of your Nike running shoes to an IPod. With or without the sensors, they sound great.

The Crystal Method CD is particularly good.

Music available via ITunes online store for 9 USD.

Music to scheme to

Every adventure needs a good soundtrack. If you haven't heard this CD, you may want to take a listen.
It's 'You've Been Spiked!' by Chris Joss. Even though it was put out a year or two ago, it's got a great 70's adventure feel to it.
In fact, Chris credits Lalo Schifrin as being one his big influences (you know, the guy that wrote the music for 'Enter the Dragon' and the original 'Mission Impossible')

Available from the usual suspects. Take a pre-listen on ITunes.
