Spy shirt...

The 'spy shirt' that is actually... a spy shirt. This t-shirt has a built in, functioning spy camera - hidden in the camera of the artwork on the shirt. Genius? Silly? You make the call. Cost: 40 USD

Shoot off...

'Bang! Lights out!' is a design lamp from the Japanese design team bitplay. The lamp is accompanied by a pistol shaped control unit - when it's turned off - the lamp shade tilts as if it's been shot. So much cooler than a 'clapper'.

X-Ray vision...sort of...

Still sort of a work in progress - the AN/PPS-26 STTW (the STTW stands for 'See Thru The Wall') is a five pound, hand held device that can sense movement behind a wall. There a few drawbacks - if they're not moving, if the wall has too much metal, etc. It is certainly a step in the right direction.

You'll forget you're wearing it...

Scientists working in Israel have isolated the protein responsible for Alzheimer's - and figured out how to turn it into inexpensive body armor. Turns out the protein is one of the hardest organic substances known. Other advantages include being able to 'print' the protein into usable shapes.

Polished...

'The Hedonist' yacht is rather striking - made of mahogany and polished glass, it looks a bit more like a work of art than a watercraft. It has a top speed of 40 knots, thanks to a Rolls Royce water jet propulsion system.

Electro-Jag...

Shown at the Paris Auto Show, the Jaguar C-X75 Super Car concept vehicle turned a lot of heads. Built to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Jaguar, it showcases many interesting pieces of tech. It's powered by 4 micro gas turbines - used to charge lithium ion batteries. It's not bad looking, either.
