Back from extinction
Here's a scotch with more lives than a cat. Caol ila (pronounced 'kul-eela') was originally produced in 1846. Since then, the factory has been opened and closed several times - it's currently making a comeback. Welcome back.
If you see it on the shelf of your favorite watering hole, you might like to give it a try.
