Sometimes you go to areas where cameras are forbidden. That's why the lighter camera can be very handy. There have been some improvements since the first generation - they're still digital and USB attachable, but now they're higher RES capable and cheaper than before. A 1280X960 image resolution with 8MB of Ram zippo style camera will set you back about 35 USD.
