Luxury bed maker Hollandia has added a new feature to it's line - an integrated 'safe'. At the request of a wealthy customer that wanted to keep a handgun close by, they added a heavy duty safe underneath the mattress and a cover in the head joint of the bed base. The keyed system is hidden by a velcro cover. Cost: the safe option is 400 USD. The beds range in price based on other configurations.
