'The Standard' hotels are stylish, quirky, modern hotels in Los Angeles, Miami, and now in New York. The new New York location is in the bustling Meat Packing district, where it is constructed on stilts, straddling the old tracks that are now somewhat of a landmark. Even though they are not fully finished with the construction, you can stay there if you agree to put up with some minor annoyances.
