Following on the heels of the first commercial space flights, 'StratoLaunch' is a scaled up version for bigger payloads. Paul Allen and the guys behind SpaceShipOne have dreamed up a reusable launch vehicle that will use 6 747-style aircraft engines. The rocket payload will be dropped at high altitude where it will launch itself into orbit.
