The 'Reporter Lite Jacket' made by Fjallraven is that perfect combination of form and function. The fabric can be waxed for waterproofing, or laundered for warmer weather. The sleeves can be removed to convert it to a vest. There are 10 pockets for stashing gear. Cost: 260 USD
