These days, being able to land a helicopter on one's yacht is more in demand than ever. Frankly, those helicopter pads take up a lot of room that could be used for a cocktail party. Headland consulting has come up with a solution. A retractable helipad that can fold up transformer style when not in use. No word on how the retractable bowling alley project is progressing.
