Guess what's in my hand...
A British company called Thruvision has a new security camera that can see what's in your pockets from 80 feet ways. Using a technology based on terahertz (T-Rays), the camera operator can detect guns, bombs, drugs, and presumably snacks with high fat content. It works because all objects emit a low level electromagnetic signature - each is unique, so it can tell the difference between drugs and chewing gum.
